Tuition Payment and Cancellation Policy

We require payment of tuition before attending class.  PARSEC Group accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, or you can submit an authorized purchase order from your company.  Regular class hours are 9am to 5pm.  We provide light snacks, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.  If something comes up unexpectedly and you have to cancel your registration, cancellation is penalty free up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CLASS START DATE.  Cancellations made less than 10 business days before start date carry a prorated penalty.  Each day closer to the start date adds a 10% penalty.  If you simply don't show up without notification, YOU FORFEIT FULL TUITION.
